This suite had so many of my favorite things. Between the arch invitation, felt (textured) paper, watercolor map, and custom wax seal, I was obsessed the whole time I was creating!
There’s a seashell called the “Imperial Venus Clam Shell” that is only found in the Pawley Islands where M + O were getting married. Michaela loved the idea of incorperating that shell somewhere in the suite and decided on creating a custom wax seal. The seal was stuck to a vellum (see through) wrap that wrapped around the suite, adding a touch of quiet luxury
Rebecca wanted a watercolor map and I was SO excited. Custom watercolor is always something I’m thrilled to work on and these little shops and landmarks came out so cute!
