Ophelia & Matthew
This whole suite started with one little watercolor floral bunch. The inspiration was spring pastel florals and I just started painting! This little group of flowers became the base for the pattern that spanned the entire invitation suite.
Even though the main focus of this invitation suite was bright florals, we still wanted to do a fun crest and Ophelia LOVES swans so I tied them in wherever I could!
O & M were married under a gazebo at their wedding venue in Missouri. Their ceremony card featured one that was hand painted just for them, and the text featured details about the day’s timeline.
Finally, everything was tied together (literally) with hand dyed silk ribbon. The crest was featured surrounding the pocket envelope that contained the invitations. All of this was assembled and placed into a petal pink envelope to be mailed out!
